Passenger Safety and comfort are our main priority at ABC Coaches Ltd, therefore on going risk assessments are carried out as part of our daily responsibilities and commitment to customer safety.

We assess all journeys to be undertaken, in respect of location, the route taken and safe parking at the destination to ensure passenger's safe access to and from the vehicle.

It is Company Policy that all ABC Coach Ltd drivers are trained and appropriately qualified in all aspects of P.C.V regulations covering
driver's duties.

All ABC Coach Ltd drivers are fully qualified, pleasant and approachable, and will always ensure your journey is comfortable and to the high standards we expect our drivers to maintain.

Training needs are identified through monitoring and assessment of all ABC Coach Ltd Staff and are addressed as soon as possible.

Stringent safety checks are carried out regularly on all of our fleet by fully qualified technicians to ensure vehicle safety to the Vehicle and Operating Services Agency (V.O.S.A.) Standards.

Annual insurance assessments are carried out in all aspects of our work to ensure our business operates in a safe and professional manner.
